CONNECTING WITH PEOPLE REQUIRES PATIENCE AND SLOWING DOWN

The good news is we move fast; the bad news is we move fast. Now pause for a second and think about this statement. Your probably even having trouble pausing, aren’t you? Are we as leaders moving to fast? Are we moving so fast that we are forgetting to connect with people? Is the pace at which we are moving putting us in a place, where we’re all alone?

IT’S NOT TO LATE TO TEAR YOUR HEARTS OPEN FOR GOD

Recently, my parents after 27 years of marriage decided they would file for a divorce. It was heart breaking for everyone in my family. It wasn’t that we didn’t see it coming, it’s just hard once it actually happens. For us it was like watching someone hang on the monkey bars knowing eventually they would have to let go. They just couldn’t hang on anymore. Well, at least that is what they think.
