I don’t know about you, but I’m not just in the business of coming up with ideas, I’m in the business of coming up with amazing leaders and people who can help me execute ideas. If you’re trying to accomplish everything on your own, you need to stop and instead start taking time to find people who can help you make things happen.
I heard a quote once and it’s always stuck with me, it went something like, “I may not be the smartest person in the world, but I got a lot of smart people around me.” As a leader this is how I’ve always strived to lead and get things done realizing that there is no way I can execute all the things I desire to accomplish by myself.
What I think we need to do more of, is learn from good leaders and thinkers on how they built their teams.
