GETTING YOUR COMMUNITY RIGHT

Have you ever felt that your community is just jacked up? You have no idea what is happening or going wrong? Maybe you’re at that point of giving up. If this is you, don’t worry about it, this does happen to everyone.

However, something you need to know is that it all starts with you. The community might not have to really change, you just might be the one who has to change. Unless you can change yourself, you can’t change your community. You are the game changer almost all the time.

In today’s crazy, messed up world, people are hungry for a sense of connection and they are not afraid to go searching for it. Are you going to be the one to give it to them, or are you going to continue to let them search for it?

People are not in search of just any old community either, they are in search for real and genuine community that allows for great connections that come from the community. So in an essence, people will come to listen, but what they are really looking for is connections. And if they do not get them? They are gone.

People are more interested in the connections that come from the community than they are in the actual community.

Allot of times it is not a matter of if the community is right for you. It’s whether you’re willing to do what’s needed to get the community right. And when I say right, I mean do what the people within they community are asking.

Not everyone can pull this off either. It takes a serious commitment from everyone, with you being the first. It takes a boldness to step out and be able to reexamine everything to make sure that it fits your community. Again, not fit you, but fit your community.

A strong community increases everything and when you get it right, the benefits will blow your mind and the people within the communities minds.

Now go and build community. Don’t waste any time. People are waiting for you.
